I have the honour to transmit to you, for the information of the Secretary of State, copy of the Agreements into which we have entered on behalf of the Government of Hong Kong with Misss A. R. Todd & Misss F. H. Barr on their appointment as Nurses in that Colony.
Passages have been provided for Miss Todd & Miss Barr from Rome in the steamship "London" appointed to leave on the 26th instant.
A copy of the Agreement has been forwarded to the Colonial Government.
